正文部分的要点

⼏个注意事项

有没有标题是通知/告示和书信的第⼀个重要区别。书信，是从称呼开始的，⽽通知/告示，是从标题开始的。
通知/告示的标题要注意居中。
标题的内容上，如果题⽬有特殊要求，则按照要求来写，⽐如寻⼈启事等；如果没有特殊要求，直接写成Notice即可。(注意，Notice的⾸字⺟要⼤写)
有没有时间⽇期是通知/告示和书信的第⼆个重要区别。⼀般通知/告示中的内容，都对时效性要求较⾼，所以需要加上⽇期时间信息。
如果题⽬要求中有明确提到相关要求，那么就按照题⽬要求来。如果题⽬没有相关要求，就写考试那天的⽇期。
注意，时间⽇期信息不能写在标题的上⽅，⽐如下⾯的图⽚中的写法就是错误的
通知/告示的正⽂部分格式要求和书信⼀致，主要有两个要点：
1. 要分段。
2. 段首要留空白。
通知/告示的署名部分也和书信的要求基本⼀致：
1. 位置要靠右下⻆
2. 不需要标点符号
3. 每个单词的⾸字⺟要⼤写
对于书信来说，称呼和署名通常都是⼈名，⽽通知/告示等因为具有⼀定的
公共属性，所以署名可能是某⼀个机构，这⼀点要注意审题！

✍🏻要点一
在说点实的部分，我们通常会使用动词短语的写法，来简明扼要且直接地表达出写作目的。

比如：
apply for + 学校
resign from + 职位
consult about +咨询的事情
recommend 某物 to 某人
等等……

✍🏻要点二
在说点虚的部分，我们通常会使用一些关于情绪、想法之类的词，来体现语气。这样，我们也能更顺畅的引出第二段。

✍🏻要点三
在句式后半段的动词 express/share，根据说点虚的部分，按需选择就好。具体我们下面会举例说明。

比如，题目让你表达歉意，那就你在说点实的部分，说一下你写这封信是为了道歉。然后在说点虚的部分，加上一个符合道歉这种场景下的情绪，比如内疚。
就是这么简单。
题目让你做什么，你就选择合适的词去做就行。不要再管任何句型变化。
