我是老板 BE CEO

  • 主人翁 Ownership
    我的工作状态是上紧的发条，满油的发动机，而不是别人推才走的骆驼，或时时抽鞭子才 转的陀螺。
    我和老板一样，为亚创的兴盛添砖加瓦，出谋划策。
    我更努力和主动一点，亚创就会更好一点，我更消极和懒惰一分，亚创就会落人一分。
    我和集团血肉相连，心灵相通，不是雇员与雇主的关系，而是命运的共同体。
  • 大局观 AIG First
    我的个人利益低于团队利益，团队利益低于集团利益。集团的价值才是个人的价值，集团的胜利才是团队的胜利。
    不在乎一城一地的得失，不在乎短暂的亏损和停滞。不因局部胜负而耽误全局，要不惜代价获取 最后的胜利！
    Regardless of whether I lead the project or not, I always play the sense of ownership,
    consciously drive myself and influence the team.
    不管是不是我lead的项目，我都发挥主人翁意识，自觉驱动自我和影响团队。

我是英雄 BE HERO

  • 责任 Responsibility
    责任感，首先是对自己份内责任的高度重视和不折不扣的履行。
    心中有责，则不敢懈怠，敢于担当，就不会退缩。
    英雄的责任感，则多了一份更高层面的正义感和使命感，也包括为维护集团利益而事无巨细的好
    人好事。
  • 榜样 Role Model
    对自己加倍严格要求，在价值观，道德规范，为人处事等各方面，影响身边的同事；
    宣扬正能量，弘扬正气，发挥英雄的光和热。
  • 奉献 Dedication
    先人后己，舍己为人。先天下之忧而忧，后天下之乐而乐。
    “苟利国家生死以，岂因祸福避趋之”。抱着深沉的家国情怀，来为自己投身其中的企业服务和
    奉献，是热血的华人独特的精神武器。
    有的奉献轰轰烈烈，有的奉献默默无闻，但都是态度的体现，人性的光辉。

我是海盗 BE PIRATE

  • 饥渴 Stay Hungry
    茫茫大海，波涛汹涌，海盗们做梦都想找到满载金银财宝的新大陆。
    乔布斯说过：”一个人先要发现世界继而才能改变世界”。发现世界和改变世界的饥渴，发现新 的利润机会和开拓新商机的强烈欲望，是海盗精神的灵魂。

  • 突破 Break the Rules
    开拓新商机的时候，会有数不清的困难：没有人，没有预算，没有人指明方向，有的是创业路 上的各种坑，政策⻛险，法律⻛险。
    不循规蹈矩的海盗，勤于学习，勇于突破，敢于藐视规则，打破陈规建立新的秩序，重建商业版图。

  • 顽强 Be Persistent
    The sea years are long and dull, and the sea is endless. It takes 10,000 hours to become an expert in an industry.
    海上的岁月是漫⻓的，枯燥的，大海是无边无际的。要成为一个行业的专家，需要一万小时的积累。
    数年如一日的坚持，把寂寞当成自己的朋友，把失败当作学习的课程，坚持是一种顽强的意志， 是一种自我的修行。伟大的成功，很多都是熬出来的。
